Job Summary

The Inventory Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the inventory team. This position is responsible for preparing and packaging inventory orders, processing sales orders, and ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of wireless products and accessories.

Responsible for supporting the RQ4 POS system across all retail locations, ensuring smooth inventory and sales operations.

Key responsibilities include

  • Preparing and packaging inventory orders for all the locations.
  • Generating weekly sales and inventory reports,
  • Updating carrier pricing and in-store credit coupons, and creating new SKUs and price plans.
  • The role also involves managing device transfers between locations, resolving coupon integration issues, performing inventory adjustments
  • Preparing sales and inventory reports on a weekly basis.
  • Update all Cellular Point and Value Mobile carrier price updates and in store credits coupon.
  • Inventory adjustments & preparing and packaging orders.
  • Count sheets and inventory audits reporting.
  • Reporting of all coupons created and requested as per managements need.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to lift and move packages up to 25 lbs.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
