Job Summary:

Wilson & Associates Contracting Ltd. is a family-run electrical company, and we're looking for a Journeyperson Service Electrician to join our team. Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
  • Perform electrical upgrades and service maintenance
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and testing equipment
  • Utilize power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment for electrical work
  • Collaborate with contractors and other team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Mentor junior electricians and offer guidance and oversight of complex tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician in a senior or lead role
  • Proficiency in electrical code and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of commercial electrical systems
  • Exceptional skills in relationship development
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid Red Seal Electrical Licence and drivers licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
