Performs onsite field service activities by installing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs. Typically handles routine products and problems able to perform these tasks without supervision, getting direction from higher-level technicians on more complex problems. Must be able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities, and represent the company in professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installing, maintaining, repairing and testing customers equipment

· Responding quickly and efficiently to service calls/PMs/Installs

· Interacting with our customers and ensuring that their concerns are appropriately addressed in a professional way

· Provides training to the customers when needed

Requirements:

· Should be able read electrical and mechanical drawing

· Trade school diploma or college diploma preferred

· Able to create alternative solutions to problems

· Must possess excellent customer service skills

· Basic electrical/electronic, mechanical and computer knowledge

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
