Overview

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and set up stations for service according to recipes and menu specifications
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times
  • Follow proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedure
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively during busy service periods
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Food Handler Certification is an asset
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Team-player with a positive attitude
