Early Learning and Partnership Lead

Job Summary: The Early Learning and Partnership Lead is responsible for supporting Team Leads, Pedagogical Leaders, and Educators with creating and maintain programs that foster a sense of well-being, belonging, and inclusion for all members of our program community. The Early Learning and Leadership Lead will work alongside the Early Learning and Leadership Mentor to ensure high quality standards are maintained in all programs.
General Overview of Duties:
o Visit with centers on a weekly basis to provide support with respect to inclusion.
o Review Scored ASQ-3 and ASQ SE's with Team Lead.
o Creating early intervention program overviews based on ASQ data.
o Creating Individual Support Plans for children as needed based on ASQ data and/or community partner involvement.
o Contribute to and provide support for parent meetings
o Contribute to completing MTP's "Pre-consultation Survey" alongside Educators, Onsite Pedagogical Leader, and Team Leader prior to opening a child-specific file with Child and Community Resources.
o Communicate with our Child and Community Resources Consultant when required.
o Complete monthly follow-ups with Team Leads, Pedagogical Leads and Educators to ensure they are organically embedding ASQ data into their programs.
o Spend time collaborating with Educators, sharing early intervention overviews, and providing strategy recommendations for programs.
o Critically examine and reflect upon early intention strategies and how to organically implement them in emergent and child-led programming.
o Advocate for inclusion while gaining a deeper understanding of early intervention best practices and related screening tools.
o Collaborate with the Early Learning and Leadership Mentor to discuss overviews and strategies being implemented in programs and receive monthly coaching when she is onsite.
o Lead transition to school meetings with input from Team Leads, Pedagogical Leaders, and Educators.
o Provide support to Team Leads and Educators when completing "bridging the gap" document.
o Take initiative in the planning, implementation, and execution of special programs/professional learning.
o Participate in on-boarding of new staff – work with the Team Lead and Pedagogical Leader to provide professional learning around social and emotional learning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $37.42 per hour
