Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Facility Service Associate at Richmond Hill Pro Bowl. The Facility Service Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the bowling facility, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Additional tasks include setting up equipment, troubleshooting any issues, and supporting event setups and takedowns. This is an on-site role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
