We're expanding and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Material Handler to join our fulfillment operations team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on accuracy, and want to be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team, this role is for you.

The Role

As an Material Handler – Fulfillment, you'll be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials across our warehouse operations. From receiving and put-away to staging and returns, you'll play a hands-on role ensuring LMX delivers best-in-class service to our clients.

This is an intermediate role—we're seeking someone with 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment experience who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility within a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Perform accurate product put-away to designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely (valid license required).
  • Support inventory accuracy through bin transfers, replenishment, and cycle counts.
  • Stage and organize materials for kitting projects, destruction, and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with product returns, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid, active forklift license with proven safe operating record.
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution environment (3PL preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Experience with ShipHero or other fulfillment technology platforms considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
