Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer support onsite.
  • Complete accurate service reports.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics.
  • Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or commercial kitchen equipment (asset).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Bilingual (French & English).
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

  • Installer, diagnostiquer et réparer les équipements de réfrigération et de cuisine commerciale.
  • Effectuer l'entretien préventif selon les normes de l'entreprise.
  • Fournir un service à la clientèle courtois et professionnel.
  • Remplir les bons de travail et consigner les interventions.

Profil recherché

  • Connaissances de base en électricité et en principes mécaniques.
  • Expérience en réfrigération, HVAC ou maintenance d'équipements commerciaux (un atout).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à communiquer en français et en anglais.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
