Are you a passionate leader ready to make a meaningful difference in your community? We're looking for a Community Services Manager to lead and inspire a diverse portfolio of programs that empower youth, promote community inclusion, and support employment services.
The Community Services Manager position is a full time (35 hours per week) working Monday to Friday out of our beautiful Delta location. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience ($75,000-$87,000 annually), extended health benefits, 4 weeks vacation, professional development opportunities, and participation in the Municipal Pension Plan. (Note: MPP has the option of being transferrable if the successful candidate is already registered in the plan)

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Community Services portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery that meets the unique needs of those we serve. You'll drive innovation and growth, mentor a dedicated team of professionals, and ensure alignment with society policies, accreditation standards, and industry best practices. QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Human Sciences, or related field;
- 5-7 years relevant experience working with in a non-profit organization supporting adults with developmental disabilities is required;
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience managing or supervising in a unionized environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be able to communicate with a variety of interest holders;
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in leveraging MS Outlook and MS Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and exercise tact, diplomacy, and good judgement when dealing with a broad range of audiences;
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to analyze and summarize data and problem-solving abilities;
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$87,000.00 per year
