We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Cooks to join our team at Katsu + Co.

We are undergoing an exciting rebranding and will be celebrating our Grand Re - Opening this coming January. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fresh start and grow with us

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to our new recipes and standards.

  • Ensure the Kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.

  • Assist with inventory and ingredients preparation.

  • work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during our busy opening.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred(but we are willing to train the right person).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.

  • Positive attitude and a team player.
