As we enter into the next phase of our digital transformation, we are looking for a talented senior manager with projects/improvements/technology/operational experience background driving improvements to further unlock value and profitability, while also setting up the organization for scalability with forecasted growth, implementing global and regional changes, and solving other operational issues. This compliments TMF's journey to leverage innovative technologies, to strengthen our product offering, high quality service model, to elevate the brand. The role will utilize technology and data to improve the internal processes and client experience delivery model within fund administration for investment managers in North America, especially in the US. This includes, but is not limited to, Workflow tool deployment, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) implementation, new core ERP deployments, operational process changes, technology requirements gathering and organizational construct analysis.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, the successful candidate will need to:
- Lead complex projects to deliver within quality, time and cost constraints
- Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Directors to define operational KPI's, and methods of measurement, while building out resource planning models
- Identify and improve operational data quality and consistency; increasing its use to drive improvements across the business
- Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to key stakeholders
- Build relationships with global technology and digital teams to streamline and improve delivery, and technology usage across delivery teams
Leverage Operational Excellence expertise to drive improvements in automation, process improvement This role reports to the Market Head of Operations & Technology – North America & Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects which delivers within quality, time and cost constraints
- Lead and control the execution of programs through: analysis, design, implementation, hyper-care and benefits realization phases
- Assess, plan and support the projects related to new systems, workflow tool and RPA implementation from business perspective
- Identify, mitigate and manage, program related risks
- Incorporate quality review and governance processes Identify and quantify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions using change management techniques to influence and train teams
- Define and implement the change management strategy to ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders who have accountability for program execution
- Work with the automation team to leverage market knowledge for local implementations Provide regular, accurate and appropriate reporting to the different stakeholders
- Establish effective reporting on program benefits, progress, risks and issues
- Contribute to governance meetings, reporting to local leadership and Regional Executive Committee Members
- Continuously measure and assess the effectiveness of the projects
- Perform recurring performance management analysis and support business leaders in leveraging data in business operations and decision making Act as a trusted partner who works closely with the Managing Directors to define operational KPI's, and methods of measurement to improve resource planning to workload
- Establish clear and measurable metrics to help drive operational improvement across the business
- Ensure data quality remains accurate, timely and consistent to feed into operational metrics
- Perform recurring performance management analysis and support business leaders in leveraging data in business operations and decision making
- Continuously prioritize needs of business with focus of improvement initiatives
Ensure changes focus on improved quality of delivery
Key Requirements
Experience:
- 7+ years leading complex programs, involving system, process or organizational change
- 5+ years Leading technology implementation from need identification to design and roll-out
- 5+ years in Process redesign and Organization re-structuring
- Communicating with and influencing C-Suite stakeholders
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Using analytical and problem solving skills
- Exceptional written and spoken English Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or related subjects preferred Applications (desired)
- Data & Dashboards – business knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau,
- MS Suite – Excel, PPT, Word, Visio
- Project Management qualifications or similar
- Lean Six Sigma
