Metatribe Contracting Ltd. is seeking a Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team.

Position Available:

Skilled Labourer for one of our large projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working indoors and outdoors, physically fit, and capable of performing various general labour tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
  • Operating and maintaining construction equipment and power tools
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
  • Supporting other trades as required

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of construction industry experience preferred
  • Full-time availability
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in diverse weather conditions
  • Knowledge of basic carpentry preferred
  • Knowledge of Landscaping Labour preferred
  • Solid understanding of construction processes
  • Basic tool and power tools knowledge an asset
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures an asset
  • Knowledge of basic electrical, and plumbing techniques is an asset
  • Familiarity with basic construction principles and procedures is preferred
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning
  • Construction-related certifications an asset
