Starting rate: $ $20.00 per hour (non-tipping environment) 
Expected Start Date: October 6, 2025

Donalda Club, founded in 1960, is a prestigious year-round private club offering world-class facilities and outstanding service to its members and guests. We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and professional environment that reflects the high standards of our community.

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professional to join our Banquet Team as Full-Time Server from October 6, 2025.

If you have a passion for hospitality and take pride in providing top-notch service, we'd love to have you on board with the Donalda team

What You'll be Doing:

  • Prepare dining areas before guest arrival (e.g., table setup, condiments, cutlery, bread baskets).
  • Provide professional and efficient food and beverage service during events.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate to supervisors when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of dining and service areas.
  • Collaborate with team members (servers, kitchen, bartenders, managers) for smooth service.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Uphold Donalda Club's standards, policies, and dress code.
  • Assist with additional tasks and special projects as requested by management.

What We're Looking For:

  • Completion of High School Education (Grade 12) is required 
  • Must be 18 and over to serve alcoholic beverages 
  • Post-Secondary Education in hospitality is required 
  • Smart Serve Certificate is requirement
  • 2 years of restaurant/banquet experience is required preferably in events and banquets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required 
  • Professional attitude and ability to work in a team environment  
  • Knowledge of Wine Service is considered an asset 
  • Knowledge of P.O.S Systems (JONAS) is considered an asset 
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays 
  • Must be well-groomed, mannerly, and friendly to ensure a good dining experience for members and guests
