Dental Administrator
on a full-time basis.

The ideal Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

  • 32+ hours per week
  • Days of the week Monday -Thursday, every Saturday except the Saturdays of Long Weekends. Friday is day off.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant is preferred
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
