Location: Primarily Remote, with required travel to Germany

Languages: Fluent in English and German

Duration: 6–12 months (with potential extension)

The Project Manager for the ERP Migration will lead the strategic transition from Oracle ERP to DelTek. This role is responsible for orchestrating all workstreams from planning and stakeholder alignment to execution, testing, and go-live and ensuring a seamless migration with minimal operational disruption. Working closely with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors, the Project Manager will drive timelines, manage risks, and maintain project governance while bridging business, technical, and regional requirements across North America and Germany.

• Lead end-to-end migration from Oracle ERP to DelTek, ensuring continuity of business operations and alignment with post-acquisition goals.

• Coordinate with internal teams and infrastructure partners (Dell, HP, NetApp) to ensure system readiness and compatibility.

• Define, manage, and monitor project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using MS 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner).

• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder meetings in both English and German.

• Oversee the full testing lifecycle, including UAT planning, issue tracking, and quality assurance.

• Direct data migration activities, validation efforts, and system cutover plans.

• Support end-user training, change management, and post-migration stabilization.

• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project reporting for leadership.

• Proven experience leading ERP migration or implementation projects (Oracle ERP and/or DelTek strongly preferred).

• Deep understanding of ERP architectures, finance modules, data structures, and system integration points.

• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

• Technical familiarity with the MS 365 suite and enterprise infrastructure (Dell, HP, NetApp).

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in English and German.

• Ability to travel to Germany as required.

• Demonstrated experience managing vendors and senior-level stakeholders.
