At Mario Design, we specialize in custom graphic applications. From vehicle wraps, goalie mask wraps, sports team products, wall murals, the list goes on. We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and strong people skills to help keep things running smoothly.

About the Role:

This hybrid role blends creative design work with front-line client interaction. You'll assist with design projects while also supporting daily customer communication. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, has a great memory for detail and can balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly, welcoming point of contact for clients. Communicate by phone, email, and in person to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure project details are accurate
  • Assist with scheduling, quotes, processing client orders and deposits
  • Order supplies and materials
  • Manage product shipping and receiving
  • Responsible for accurately entering online sales data into the company's system
  • Complete graphic design projects

  • Quick learner, tech-savvy
  • A positive, solution-focused mindset
  • Strong memory for details and follow-up
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Solid basic math skills, comfortable working with measurements, scaling, and conversions (inches, feet)

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in the vinyl graphics industry
  • Knowledge of Cyrious Software
  • Basic knowledge of social media content creation
  • Photography or illustration skills
  • Familiarity with sports branding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
