Comment vous ferez la différence

  • Saisir les déficiences et maintenir le système de gestion de la qualité (SNCRP, CCRP, SAP).
  • Effectuer des inspections et tests pour garantir la conformité aux normes.
  • Proposer et piloter des initiatives d'amélioration des processus.
  • Réaliser l'assemblage mécanique et le câblage de grands cabinets de contrôle.
  • Assembler des équipements d'appareillage haute tension.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche selon les besoins.
  • Veiller au respect des réglementations et procédures internes et externes.

Votre profil

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
  • Discipline et minutie.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en câblage de grands cabinets de contrôle (électronique de puissance).
  • Expérience avec outils de sertissage manuel, perceuse et visseuse électrique.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas électriques.
  • Capacité à assembler des composantes à partir de dessins et listes.
  • Vérification des antécédents requise avant embauche.
  • Le candidat doit avoir une autorisation de travail valide pour Hitachi Énergie au Canada.

Atouts

Electromechanical Assembly and Quality Specialist

How You Will Make The Difference

  • Capture deficiencies and maintain the quality management system (SNCRP, CCRP, SAP).
  • Perform inspections and tests to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Propose and manage process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform mechanical assembly and wiring of large inspection cabinets.
  • Assemble high voltage equipment.
  • Perform any other tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures.

Your profile

  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Discipline and thoroughness.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in wiring large control cabinets (power electronics).
  • Experience with manual crimping tools, drill and electric screwdriver.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
  • Ability to assemble components from drawings and lists.
  • Background check required before hiring.
  • The applicant must have a valid work permit for Hitachi Energy in Canada.

Strengths

  • Diploma in electromechanics, electrotechnics or electricity.
  • Licence for overhead crane and forklift.
