Our FYidoctors - Windermere clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world-class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients everyday. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre-testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
  • Checking patients in and out of the office
  • Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
  • Administering pre-testing services
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards

What Do You Bring?

  • Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
  • An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
