Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Supervisor located in South London, ON at Wharncliffe & Wonderland. The Operational Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory levels. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring Team Members, monitoring food safety and cleanliness standards, and addressing any operational issues that arise. The role requires effective communication with both Team Members and customers to create a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and leading teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to handle operational tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and problem-solving
  • Customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is beneficial
