About Us

We are a reputable construction firm delivering projects across the GTA, including ICI (industrial, commercial, institutional), mid/high-rise residential, interiors, civil/site, and fit-out work. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project schedules (MS Project/Primavera), look-aheads, and critical path.
  • Prepare and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, change orders, and progress claims.
  • Coordinate design consultants, trades, vendors, and internal teams; chair regular site and progress meetings.
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management; maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, contracts, and company QA/QC standards.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OHSA, COR, and site-specific safety plans.
  • Support tendering, scope reviews, and value engineering; contribute to project start-up and closeout.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of progressive construction project management experience in the GTA (Mississauga/Peel preferred).
  • Proven delivery of ICI, residential mid/high-rise, interiors/fit-out, or civil/site projects.
  • Diploma/Degree in Construction/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience; PMP, PQS, GSC, or Gold Seal an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts (CCDC), building codes, permitting, and tendering.
  • Proficiency with project management and construction software (MS Project or Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office).
  • Solid financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, forecasting, change management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License; ability to travel to project sites across the GTA.
