About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with experience in ITES/BPO/Consulting sales targeting insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have strong track record in
selling Insurance/General Insurance /Property & Casualty

This role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through consultative sales approaches.

Summary
:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our dynamic team. The

ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a deep understanding of the industry and

a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to acquire new

clients and grow existing accounts.


• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding

their needs and presenting tailored solutions.


• Maintain a good level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively

communicate value propositions to clients.


• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective

clients.


• Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a

seamless client experience from onboarding to ongoing support.


• Track and report on sales metrics

Qualifications
:


• Bachelor's degree.


• 13+ years of sales experience in insurance or healthcare.


• Strong understanding of technology stack for Insurance or Healthcare, Infrastructure,

Cloud.


• Strong understanding of domain-driven BPM & IT Services.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
