Job Description

About the Role

Chandos is seeking a Junior Proposal Coordinator to support our Proposal team in winning new projects. Working closely with the Senior Proposal Coordinator and Proposal Manager, you will assist throughout the proposal lifecycle—from initial go/no-go decisions to submission and follow-up. Your contributions will help ensure that Chandos delivers high-quality, compelling proposals that showcase the strengths of our project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor public bid boards daily for new opportunities.

  • Track opportunities through the full lifecycle in the CRM database.

  • Administer the go/no-go process for potential projects.

  • Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and prequalification documents.

  • Pull, assemble, and apply boilerplate content where appropriate.

  • Utilize CRM profiles and resumes to support proposal development.

  • Assist in creating and reviewing project-specific content to enhance proposal effectiveness.

  • Develop new content and maintain/update boilerplate materials.

  • Deliver updated proposal content to junior team members for review and storage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field.
