Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping participants achieve their goals. As a Program Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in accordance with our program objectives, while also providing support and guidance to participants.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with program goals and participant needs.
  • Facilitate engaging instructional sessions that promote active participation and learning.
  • Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and respect among participants.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and participant progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve program content and delivery methods.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in teaching or facilitating programs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.97-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
