Opportunity:

As a Technical Solution consultant at VoPay, you will play a critical role in driving sales and adoption of VoPay's embedded financing and payment orchestration solutions. Working closely with the sales, product, and technical teams, you will engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, demonstrate VoPay's capabilities, and design tailored solutions that address complex payment and financing challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Serve as the technical expert in VoPay's embedded financing solutions

● Design and document tailored solutions that address client needs, focusing on payment flows & embedded financing.

● Work with product teams to ensure a thorough understanding of new features, integrations, and updates to VoPay's platform and how these meet client use cases.

● Partner with sales teams to engage potential clients and conduct discovery sessions to understand business requirements, technical needs, and integration capabilities.

● Provide consultative guidance on how VoPay's platform can enhance client workflows, drive customer acquisition, and optimize financial operations.

● Develop a deep understanding of the client's technical infrastructure to align VoPay's solutions with their architecture and operational goals.

● Solution Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC).

● Develop and execute proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to help clients validate VoPay's embedded financing solutions in their environments.

● Collaborate with clients to outline success criteria and goals for the POC, ensuring their requirements are met and that the benefits of VoPay's solutions are fully demonstrated.

● Assist sales teams in developing compelling, technically sound proposals by providing necessary documentation, such as integration guides, API specs, and solution overviews.

● Create and maintain detailed documentation and diagrams that capture each solution's architecture, data flow, and integration points.

● Work alongside product marketing and product management to craft responses to RFPs/RFIs that highlight VoPay's differentiators in embedded financing.

● Act as a bridge between sales, product, engineering, and client support teams to ensure alignment on customer requirements and solution delivery.

● Provide continuous feedback from client engagements to product teams to influence the VoPay product roadmap and feature development.

● Educate sales and account management teams on the technical aspects of VoPay's solutions, helping them better address client inquiries and effectively communicate VoPay's value proposition.

● Collaborate with implementation and support teams to transition successful deals, providing them with a thorough understanding of each client's specific solution design.

● Ensure a seamless client onboarding process by offering any additional technical insights needed and supporting initial integration phases if required.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, solution engineering, or related role in FinTech, payments, or SaaS.

● Strong knowledge of API integrations, payment processing, digital wallets, and embedded finance concepts.

● Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

● Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize based on business impact.

● Proficiency with documentation tools and familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira).

Preferred Experience:

● Background in FinTech or experience with embedded financing, money movement, or real-time payments.

● Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the payments and financial services sectors.

● Ability to design and document solutions that integrate with banking systems and meet industry standards.
