Accounts Receivable Administrator

Airdrie, Alberta, Canada Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for our Airdrie branch for a one year term. This position will be responsible for high volume accounts receivable and other daily administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive daily work tickets, verify addition and coding, prepare for invoicing
  • Data enter invoices in Sage Accpac and/or online customer billing systems
  • Proofing of invoices
  • Filing

Candidates must have:

  • Knowledge of office administration and A/R procedures
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a willingness to learn
  • Preference will be given to candidates living within the immediate Airdrie area

Previous accounts receivable experience, use of Sage Accpac, Open Invoice and Cortex Software would be an asset.
