What you can expect to do here:
- Shape project success by supporting contract administration, negotiating key commercial terms, and ensuring compliance.
- Drive financial performance through rigorous budget tracking, billing management, and proactive reporting.
- Champion change management by identifying scope deviations and leading resolution strategies that safeguard project outcomes.
- Coordinate insurance and legal requirements, partnering with specialists to mitigate risk and secure project resources.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear contract interpretation and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
What you'll bring to WSP:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in project and financial coordination, ready to make an immediate impact.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in project management, construction, engineering, finance, legal, or business is a strong asset.
- Background in engineering consulting or construction—your expertise drives project success.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and clients, shaping outcomes and building trust.
- Exceptional communication skills—writing, editing, and proofreading reports and contracts is second nature.
- Sharp analytical and strategic thinking, empowering you to solve problems and seize opportunities.
