Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to civil and estate litigation. The Litigation Lawyer will represent clients in court, provide legal advice, and manage cases from inception to resolution.

Duties

  • Represent clients in litigation proceedings
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are prioritized.

  • Manage case files efficiently within a law office environment ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • 2 years of litigation experience, we have a senior litigator willing to mentor
  • Excellent writing skills for effective legal drafting and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary
