What You'll Do 

As an Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding SimuTech Group's presence and driving the adoption of Ansys products and SimuTech's technical services primarily through phone interactions. This role combines strategy, sales expertise, and relationship building to deliver value-driven solutions to clients. It's an ideal fit for someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and who is eager to create impact. 

Lead Business Development 

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients through research, outreach, and high-quality phone interactions.
  • Challenge prospects by proposing innovative tools and engineering processes to inspire business growth.
  • Conduct industry and market research to uncover opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

Drive Sales Growth 

  • Lead software sales for new business and renewals in your territory, meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Territory Account Managers to execute milestone-driven sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and events in

Build Strong Relationships 

  • Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships to ensure ongoing success.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to address technical inquiries and advance sales opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in impactful customer-facing events, such as workshops and seminars.

What You'll Bring 

Education & Experience: 

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Proven experience in sales (software sales is ideal).
  • Familiarity with engineering simulation products and related technologies (e.g., CAD, HPC).

Pay range: Base - $65,000 - $80,000 OTE $100,000 - $130,000 Canadian (Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location)

Vos responsabilités

Développement des affaires

  • Identifier et établir des liens avec des clients potentiels grâce à la recherche, la prospection et des interactions téléphoniques de qualité.

  • Stimuler l'intérêt des prospects en proposant des outils et des processus d'ingénierie innovants pour favoriser la croissance des affaires.

  • Réaliser des recherches sectorielles et de marché afin de découvrir des opportunités et rester à l'avant-garde des tendances.

Croissance des ventes

  • Diriger les ventes de logiciels pour les nouvelles affaires et les renouvellements dans votre territoire, en atteignant ou dépassant les objectifs de revenus.

  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de territoire pour exécuter des stratégies de vente basées sur des étapes clés.

  • Maintenir des dossiers précis des appels, rendez-vous et événements dans

Établir de solides relations

  • Développer et entretenir des partenariats clients à long terme afin d'assurer leur succès continu.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour répondre aux questions techniques et faire progresser les opportunités de vente.

  • Organiser et participer à des événements clients percutants, tels que des ateliers et des séminaires.

Profil recherché

Éducation et expérience :

  • Diplôme collégial ou universitaire.

  • Expérience confirmée en vente (idéalement en logiciels).

  • Connaissance des produits de simulation en ingénierie et des technologies associées (p. ex. : CAO, HPC).
