StretchLab Oakville is hiring passionate movement professionals to join our growing team. If you're ready to jump into a rewarding role that helps people move, feel, and live better, this is your moment.

This is a studio-based position with a minimum of 30 hours per week required. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Earn $28 per hour while stretching clients.

Additional pay is available through tips and performance-based bonuses. Paid time is also provided between sessions.

Who We're Looking For Ready to Start ASAP

You're more than a coach. You're a movement professional with heart, expertise, and a passion for helping others thrive.

You must have one of the following:

  • A degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field

  • A current certification (CSEP, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar)

  • A license as a Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Athletic Therapist, or Kinesiologist

  • A credential in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, or Barre, with strong anatomy and body mechanics knowledge

Bonus if you're:

  • CPR or AED Certified (or willing to obtain)

  • Experienced with 1+ years working directly with clients in fitness or rehab

  • Friendly, professional, and ready to make an impact

  • Energized by a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What You'll Do (and Love)

  • Deliver Life-Changing One-on-One Stretch Sessions

    Use proven techniques to help clients move more freely, feel looser, and live more actively.

  • Be the Trusted Expert

    Educate clients on posture, recovery, and mobility. Your knowledge becomes their long-term wellness tool.

  • Build Meaningful Client Relationships

    Clients return for more than just the stretch they come back for you. You'll foster trust and a strong community connection.

  • Help Grow Our Studio

    Collaborate with front desk and membership teams to welcome clients, promote memberships, and keep the studio energy high.

  • Grow Alongside Us

    We're committed to your professional development through training, mentorship, and ongoing education.
