Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Accounting Administrator. The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting financial operations. Daily tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting. This is an on-site role located in Etobicoke, ON.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Accounting
- Experience with preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Background in Finance and financial operations
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience with accounting software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and CPA persuant
