Global Clean Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Commercial Cleaner Working Supervisor to join our day shift team in Newmarket, Ontario. If you take pride in creating spotless environments and have a passion for cleanliness, we want to hear from you

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, and industrial facilities
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
  • Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, shelves, and equipment
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen areas
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
  • Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies
  • Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals correctly
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition

Requirements:

  • Must own a reliable vehicle for transportation between job sites
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills for measuring cleaning solutions
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience
  • Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and products
  • WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain
  • Experience with floor care equipment (e.g., buffers, carpet extractors)
