Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative plays a vital role in promoting and selling Chooza Foods products at farmers' markets, pop-up events, and through retail outreach across the GTA. This customer-facing position is ideal for someone outgoing, self-motivated, and passionate about great food.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Chooza Foods at scheduled farmers' markets, pop-ups, and special events.
- Set up, manage, and take down event booths, including transporting and displaying inventory.
- Engage customers, provide product education, and drive on-site sales.
- Identify and approach potential retail partners to secure new accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.
- Serve as a professional and enthusiastic brand ambassador for Chooza Foods.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle (required).
- Experience in sales, customer service, or event marketing (requirement).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, nights and some weekdays.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for hot sauce and the local food scene.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting wage of $18/hour, with potential to increase to $25/hour through commissions.
