Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated TSSA certified Refrigeration Operators and Operating Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to fabricate and analyze various components. This role involves working with Ammonia Cooling refrigeration plant for food storage facility. The Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of ammonia cooling plant.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration plant ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
  • Analyze schematics to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • TSSA issued Refrigeration Certificate A or B or Operating Engineer certificate 4th Class- Building Environmental Certificate also acceptable
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and Ammonia Refrigeration systems in a food storage facility.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Experience with logic controllers is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to diagnose issues accurately.
