Responsibilities


• Install custom millwork, cabinetry, and casework with precision and craftsmanship


• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents


• Ensure a high-quality fit and finish for all installed components


• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently


• Work collaboratively with team members, demonstrating respect and reliability on every job site


• Maintain an organized and professional work environment


• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards


• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges with a solution-oriented mindset


• Represent Bez Industries with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications


• Experience in millwork, cabinetry, carpentry, or a related field


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings


• Proficiency with hand and power tools


• Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with accountability


• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required


• Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously refine your craft
