Dance School Sales / Enrollment Consultant

Job Title: Dance School Sales & Enrollment Consultant

Location: Burnaby / West Vancouver/ Richmond

About Us:

Phoenix Dance Academy is a leading performing arts school offering professional training in dance and music across Greater Vancouver. We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales & Enrollment Consultant who is passionate about the arts and enjoys helping families find the right programs for their children.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries (in person, by phone, WeChat, and email) and provide information about our dance programs
  • Assist with trial class bookings, registrations, and follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students, providing excellent customer service
  • Help promote new classes, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Work with marketing and teaching teams to meet enrollment goals

Requirements:

  • Friendly, professional, and well-organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred (experience in education or arts industry is a plus)
  • Comfortable communicating in English
  • Basic computer and social media skills (WeChat, Instagram, etc.)

Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time or full-time position
  • Flexible schedule (some weekend or evening availability preferred)
  • Pay: Negotiable based on experience + commission opportunities
