About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled, energetic, reliable, and experienced QA Specialist to join our team. The goal is to drive through success to improve customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with NSI's Nuclear Management System including CSA N286-12, CSA N , CSA N286.7, CSA N
  • Monitoring and reporting on all activities, processes, and procedures.
  • Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
  • Determining data-driven solutions and implementing quality improvement plans.
  • Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure Team members adhere to quality and safety policies.
  • Providing departments with quality planning and support.
  • Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.
  • Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
  • Adhering to timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with QA Manager.
  • Managing and building relationships with multiple departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.
  • Previous experience in working with ISO 9001.
  • Previous experience in internal and external audit experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Self directed with flexibility to a changing workload.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with quality management system. Nuclear experience would be a definite asset.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Reliable and dependable.
