Requirements:

  • Must live in Kamloops currently
  • Driver's License with clean driving record
  • Legible written skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys dealing with people
  • Criminal record check

Physical requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Sitting

Job Duties:

-Inspecting and identifying the infestation source and determining the best way to resolve the issue

  • Applying the best solution to control/eliminate/manage the pest(s) by utilizing Integrated Pest Management.

  • Mixing and applying chemicals according to the ministry of environment standards, while protecting yourself, your clients and the environment.

  • Setting mechanical traps or place bait in effective and safe areas.

  • Recording work activities performed

  • Leaving a report of service/invoice with the customer as well as collecting payment

  • Cleaning work area and equipment

  • Ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition

  • Keeping record of time worked and vehicle kilometres during work hours

  • Operating a motor vehicle and maintaining a clean driving record

-Ensuring customer satisfaction which may include follow-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
