Le responsable des partenariats d'apprentissage soutiendra les collaborations avec des tiers qui élargissent notre écosystème d'apprentissage. Ce poste consiste principalement à soutenir l'élaboration de stratégies et la définition d'une vision autour des partenariats d'apprentissage en ligne avec des tiers, ainsi qu'à mettre en œuvre des initiatives de partenariat, à assurer la coordination avec des organisations externes et à soutenir les efforts de co-stratégie en matière de contenu. Le candidat idéal aura de l'expérience dans la coordination de partenariats, la gestion des fournisseurs et la stratégie de contenu d'apprentissage.

Responsabilités

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre d'initiatives de partenariat avec des tiers alignées sur les objectifs stratégiques

  • Coordonner avec les partenaires externes afin de faciliter la collaboration en matière de contenu

  • Contribuer à la définition des programmes de partenariat, des propositions, des accords et des évaluations de performance

  • Tenir à jour la documentation et les systèmes de suivi des activités et des livrables des partenaires

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de garantir que la stratégie des partenaires s'aligne sur leurs objectifs

  • Apporter des suggestions sur l'amélioration des processus et les modèles d'engagement des partenaires

  • Surveiller les indicateurs de partenariat et rendre compte des résultats

Qualifications minimales requises

  • Licence en commerce, éducation, communication ou dans un domaine connexe

  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la coordination de partenariats, la gestion des fournisseurs ou le soutien aux programmes

  • Solides compétences en communication et en établissement de relations

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler de manière transversale

  • Une bonne connaissance du développement de contenus pédagogiques ou des technologies éducatives est un atout

Position Overview

The Learning Partnerships Manager will support third-party collaborations that expand our learning ecosystem. This role focuses on supporting the strategy development and vision around third-party elearning partnerships as well as executing partnership initiatives, coordinating with external organizations, and supporting content co-strategy efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in partnership coordination, vendor management, and learning content strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of third-party partnership initiatives aligned with strategic goals

  • Coordinate with external partners to facilitate content collaboration

  • Assist in defining partnership programs, proposals, agreements, and performance reviews

  • Maintain documentation and tracking systems for partner activities and deliverables

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner strategy aligns with their goals

  • Provide input on process improvements and partnership engagement models

  • Monitor partnership metrics and report findings

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnership coordination, vendor management, or program support

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally

  • Familiarity with learning content development or education technology is a plus

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $117,810. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
