Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team on-site.

Duties

  • Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction process, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and organize them on-site as needed.
  • Participate in site preparation activities.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and cleaning.

Qualifications

  • Previous 1-2 years' experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.

Pay: From $35.80 per hour
