Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing branch staff while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff to promote professional growth and improve performance.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
