Top Level Taekwondo & Martial Arts Academy, with two locations in Milton, is seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team. We use modern teaching and coaching methods blended with traditional martial arts elements, ensuring our classes are both innovative and rooted in discipline. Our teaching style is positive, fun, and results-driven, creating an environment where students are motivated, engaged, and consistently improving.

This position is full-time: Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays off

Responsibilities

• Teach select Taekwondo and martial arts classes in a professional, structured, and engaging manner.
• Communicate effectively with parents, students, and staff to ensure excellent service and a positive experience.
• Take part in special events, belt testings, and other academy activities.
• Support daily operations, ensuring consistency and professionalism across both academy locations.
• Driving responsibilities for After School Program
• Assisting in summer camp

Qualifications

• Martial arts teaching experience (Taekwondo background preferred).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Minimum 3rd dan Taekwondo Black Belt
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with both children and adults.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work collaboratively with staff.
• Comfortable using computer software systems
• Ability to use social media apps to support communication and community engagement.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to the academy's mission and values.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
• 2 weeks of paid vacation time.
