Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager and assist with a variety of tasks aimed at streamlining the sales marketing process, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient internal communication across departments. Your responsibilities will include customer communication, project coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Serve as a backup for the Sales Manager in their absence and assist with day-to-day tasks as needed.
- Customer Communication: Address store inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to track inventory, take and share pictures, and build strong relationships with store management and staff.
- Portal Management: Handle portals for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and updates.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule customer meetings, CRM updates, and internal team meetings to maintain organized communication.
- Product Communication: Stay involved in conversations regarding product samples, new product launches, and updates to existing products.
- Product Management: Act as the product manager for each account, liaising between internal departments (FPS, Labels, Portal Updates, Costing, and Financing) from start to finish.
- Sample Management: Follow up on product samples from development to shipment and collect customer feedback.
- Reporting & Calendar Management: Assist the Sales Manager with bi-weekly reporting, coordinating team calendars, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monthly KPIs: Support the Sales Manager by tracking and reporting monthly KPIs.
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate various projects across departments to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales marketing, customer service, or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and account management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
