Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Housekeeper located in Kitchener, ON.

You'll be an important part of our growing team, providing detailed and gentle cleaning for residential and small office clients. This position is perfect for someone looking for flexible hours, steady work, and a supportive, values-driven environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and refreshing spaces — dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Light organizing and maintaining tidy, functional rooms
  • Laundry care (wash, dry, fold) when needed
  • Changing linens and making beds
  • Inspecting rooms to ensure Trust One Cleaner standards are met
  • Communicating kindly and clearly with clients and teammates
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Laundry and organization skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to follow instructions and uphold training standards
  • Dependable, respectful, and trustworthy
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred but not required)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
