*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Administrator/Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, customer service & social media marketing with a focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Responsibilities*
- Answer and direct phone calls, provide information to clients, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assist in preparing for open houses by organizing materials, setting up property details, and ensuring a smooth event.
- Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of property listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage real estate paperwork, including contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage multiple email accounts
Marketing Support:
- Monitor social media metrics and provide reports on engagement and effectiveness to refine marketing strategies.
- Ability to create engaging content and design promotional materials.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts to promote listings, open houses, and team activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Qualifications:
- Minumum 2 years of experience in administration
- Must understanding & have skills with social media platforms (instagram, facebook, Tiktok, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in social media management and marketing.
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and effectively
- Capable of determining solutions to regular problems with minimal guidance and ability to analyze complex scenarios
- Must be able to work on weekends as needed
- Driver's License/Vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
