We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented team member who will play a critical role in supporting our Leasing Agents, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for both prospective and current residents. You will be the key handoff point between our leasing and operations teams — processing applications, managing monthly payments, following up on inquiries and collections, and helping to ensure our communities run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and caring — someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm to every interaction. This role is also perfect for someone who values teamwork and culture-building, and who enjoys making things happen efficiently and effectively.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a professional coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as of point of contact for resident relations
- Administration and collection of tenant account receivables and reconciliation of resident
accounts; - Processing of residential leasing applications;
- Leasing preparation and signing;
- Preparing correspondence as necessary;
- Creating and maintaining resident files;
- Maintaining documentation and resident files in a complete and timely manner, and
- Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional experience in Administration
- Previous experience with local Residential Tenancy Acts
- Background in accounting is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
- Proficiency with Yardi (or similar property management software)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in multiple languages to assist a diverse community of residents and prospects preferred.
