About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 2–10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, identify process improvements, and deliver data-driven solutions that align with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Functional Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure clear understanding and timely delivery of requirements.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement or automation.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and interpret data using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to support business decision-making.
- Prepare detailed business reports and dashboards for management and clients.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across systems.
Project Management Support
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Support project documentation—BRDs, FRDs, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and document results.
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and training sessions for end-users.
- Act as a bridge between business units and IT to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 2–10 years in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
