Currently, we are looking for a full-time Junior Accountant (Accounts Payable) to join our Finance department. This role reports to Finance Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, On Site

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

· Majorly accounts payable and some accounts receivable activities

· Credit Card transaction reconciliation

· Monthly vendor payments reconciliation

· Office reception and administration duties

· Business Analysis duties (Entry Level)

· Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting required
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Mandarin
  • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Excel and e-mail
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work
  • QuickBooks and ERP experience is an asset
  • Strong work ethic
