We are seeking a Customer Service person to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for assisting customers on the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and identify customer needs
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Receive and post payments
  • Assist drivers on deliveries

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of automotive parts is a bonus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
