Opportunity
We're looking for a results-driven, strategic leader to manage and grow relationships with key retailers including Macy's, Shoppers Drug Mart, JC Penney, Curacao, and Amazon (US/CA). You will own acount strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
This is a high-impact role where your insights and leadership will directly influence company performance and growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead account management and execution for major retail partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve/exceed sales and profit goals.
- Monitor POS trends, sales, and inventory at account, door, and item levels.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with retailer decision-makers.
- Partner internally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and challenge the status quo with innovative solutions.
- Represent Michel Germain Parfums with professionalism and brand excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (Business or related field preferred).
- 7+ years of account management experience with department stores, specialty retailers, or omni-channel partners.
- Proven success in developing strategies, managing negotiations, and delivering results.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder with cross-functional and external partners.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
