Pharmacy24 is a pharmacist-owned, community-focused pharmacy group serving the Lower Mainland with a strong commitment to clinical care, innovation, and team collaboration.

Each location operates with a fully staffed team of 2–3 pharmacists and 4–9 fully trained pharmacy assistants, ensuring smooth workflow, ample support, and a professional, patient-centered environment.

We are proud to be a fully paperless pharmacy, using electronic documentation and digital patient records to streamline daily operations, minimize manual work, and enhance clinical focus.

As owners are also practicing pharmacists, we offer timely coverage for vacations, leaves, and emergencies, making flexibility and work-life balance a reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently dispense prescriptions and oversee daily pharmacy operations
  • Deliver clinical services including:
  • Medication Reviews
  • Immunizations (Flu, Shingles, Travel, etc.)
  • Minor Ailments Assessment and Prescribing
  • Collaborate with prescribers and patients to optimize therapy
  • Supervise, mentor, and support pharmacy assistants and technicians
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Work within a completely paperless, electronic environment

Qualifications

  • Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Injection certification (or willingness to complete)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with pharmacy software (e.g., WinRx) is an asset
  • Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu is an asset but not mandatory
  • New grads and experienced pharmacists welcome
